Founded by Giacomo Giovanni Molinari, a young Italian creative grew up surrounded by art, music, computers and now with a strong background in Graphic design, Video Making, Music production, Digital storytelling, Communication, Creative direction and more. Driven by ambition and a strong sense of purpose, he built this project to express his vision, connect with people and inspire others to create something meaningful behind the hunger that drives and unites millions of young people who believe they can leave a mark and build something real in their lives.

Growing up in a context where creativity and ambition were often underestimated or ignored shaped this vision deeply. In places where dreaming big was seen as unrealistic, creating became an act of resistance, a way to stay alive, curious and moving forward.

This brand was born from this hunger: the need to transform frustration into expression, limits into direction, and ideas into real projects. Not as a traditional agency, but as a living creative ecosystem, flexible, human and constantly evolving.

Today, 111 Production is expanding through collaborations with artists, filmmakers, designers, musicians, and creatives from different backgrounds and countries. It’s a space for those who don’t just want to “do a job”, but want to build something meaningful, connect honestly, and leave a trace through what they create.
